If you find any issue or something wrong with an item you receive, we will make it right. If your item is damaged or flawed, please let us know within 30 days of receipt, and we will replace it or refund you for it right away.
Email us to report an issue with any item and include the following information:
1. Your order #
2. Brief description of the problem
3. Photo illustrating the issue
4. Your preference for a replacement or a refund
Rustic Chic always does its best to photograph and describe all items as honestly as possible, including videos on their products.
If for any reason, the customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase, the items can be returned within a period of 30 days of the original order shipment date and the client will be refunded if aren’t personalized orders.
Please include a picture of the product in question, your original order number, and reasons for dissatisfaction.
The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping a returned order in the case of deciding to return a product for other reasons than, Rustic Chic Paper Studio error or poor quality of the items. Is strongly recommended that you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive the returned product.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS REFUNDS
If the customer receives a damaged product and it’s proven to be the result of human error, there are three options to solve the situation:
Return of product for a full refund
Return of product for exchange for other product
Partial refund and keep the item
REFUNDS
The returned items cannot be personalized products.
Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
